I have been studying CRT and saw references to turtle soup patterns. Can someone explain this concept?

Turtle Soup (or stop hunt pattern): market sweeps above a previous high or below a previous low, triggering stops, then reverses sharply. The reversal IS the trade — you fade the false breakout.
The pattern exploits retail traders placing stops at obvious levels (previous swing highs/lows). Smart money drives price through these levels to collect liquidity, then reverses. Enter on the reversal candle.
