Should I trade Nifty or Bank Nifty options?

Both are viable but require different strategies. Bank Nifty moves faster and options decay faster. Nifty is more suitable for beginners. Master Nifty first, then graduate to Bank Nifty.

Start with Nifty — it is less volatile and more predictable. Bank Nifty can move 500-1000 points intraday which can wipe out options positions very quickly.
