I hear about on-chain analytics but do not know where to start. What metrics should beginners follow?

Start with these free tools: Glassnode Alerts, CryptoQuant, LookIntoBitcoin. Key metrics: Exchange reserves (declining = bullish), Miner reserve (selling = bearish), NUPL (Net Unrealised Profit/Loss).

MVRV ratio is my favourite: Market Value / Realised Value. Above 3 = historically overheated (sell zone). Below 1 = historically undervalued (accumulation zone). Simple but powerful.
