Which Index Gives You the Most Consistent Trading Setups?

I've been trading primarily the S&P 500 (ES/SPY) for the past year but recently experimented with the DAX and found the volatility during the European morning quite different. Here's what I've observed across the main tradeable indices: **S&P 500 (US500/ES):** Very liquid, clean technicals, tracks macro perfectly. Peak hours 9:30 AM–1:00 PM EST. **Nasdaq-100 (US100/NQ):** Higher volatility, amplifies S&P moves by 1.5–2×. Tech earnings make it more event-driven. **DAX (GER40):** Active 8:00–17:30 CET. Bigger daily ranges. More sensitive to European/China data. **FTSE 100 (UK100):** Dividend-heavy, less exciting technically. **Nikkei 225 (JP225):** Interesting during Asian session, heavily influenced by USD/JPY. What's your primary index? And do you find setup quality changes between indices, or is your setup transferable to any index?
