What's Your Typical Holding Period for Swing Trades?

Swing trading covers a wide range — from 2-day trades to multi-week holds. I'm curious about how the JustWolves community defines and practices swing trading in terms of holding time. Different holding timeframes have very different characteristics: **2–3 day swings:** Essentially extended day trades. Quick feedback, but requires more precise entry. **1–2 week swings:** The "classic" swing trade. Rides a 4H–daily trend for its natural duration. **2–4 week swings:** Starts blending into position trading. Requires more fundamental conviction. **Multi-month positions:** Position trading — fundamentals-driven, best for major macro thesis trades. I personally trade 3–7 day swings primarily. Long enough to ride a meaningful move, short enough that I'm not locked in through too many macro events. What's your typical swing trade duration?
