What is the right mindset for dealing with losing streaks?

I have had 10 losing trades in a row and I am starting to question if trading is for me. How do experienced traders handle this?

First, review the losses: were they losses due to bad luck on good setups, or bad setups? If you followed your rules and the market just did not cooperate, that is normal variance, not failure.

Every strategy has losing streaks. A 60% win-rate strategy still has 10-loss streaks mathematically. The question is whether you followed your rules. If yes, trust the edge and continue.
