Over-trading is number one. New traders feel they need to be in a trade at all times. Most days I do not trade at all.

Not having a stop loss — or removing it when price gets close. This is how accounts blow up.

Risking too much per trade. If you risk 10% per trade, three losses wipes 30% of your account. Stay at 1-2%.
