Target: 1.0720. 11:15 AM EST: Hit target at 1.0722. Result: +56 pips, roughly +2.2R. Best NFP trade I've had in 2025. Lesson: The 3-minute wait was the key decision. Had I entered at 8:30 AM EST, I'd have been at 1.0770 trying to short with a 5-pip spread — terrible execution. Waiting for the pullback gave me a better price and a clean confirmation that the direction was established. How long do you typically wait before entering after the NFP release?
