ORB: mark the high and low of the first 15 or 30 minutes of trading. When price breaks above the range high with volume, go long. When it breaks below the range low, go short. SL below/above the range.

Most reliable days for ORB: Monday (fresh weekly move), after major news events. Least reliable: options expiry day, very low volume days. Always confirm with volume — breakout without volume often fails.
