London open (12:30pm-1pm IST) is prime time. Many India-based traders focus on this window plus the London-NY overlap (6:30pm-9pm IST).

I trade 12pm-4pm IST for the London session and sometimes the NY open at 6:30pm IST. The afternoon window from India is actually very convenient.
