How do I stay disciplined when trading from home?

Set physical boundaries: dedicated trading space, specific start and end times, phone away during trading. Discipline in physical environment creates discipline in trading.

Treat trading as a business with fixed hours. I trade only from 9:15am-12pm. After that, I do analysis, reading, and journaling. The market is open — but I do not have to be.
