Supply zone: area where price dropped sharply from (strong bearish move). Demand zone: area where price rallied strongly from (strong bullish move). The stronger and faster the departure, the stronger the zone.

Look for "Base-Rally" patterns for demand: price consolidates then explodes up — the base is your demand zone. "Base-Drop" for supply. The unvisited zones are the freshest and strongest.
