Manual backtesting: load historical charts on TradingView, move candle by candle using bar replay feature. Mark your entries where your rules would have triggered and track results in a spreadsheet. Do minimum 100 trades.

TradingView bar replay is the best free tool for manual backtesting. Set your chart exactly as you would trade it, then replay history. Record: date, setup type, entry, SL, target, result. After 100 trades, calculate your stats.
